How can I determine the right size for my dog?
As a guide, the following sizes and styles with breeds of dog they will typically fit:
Pillow Beds & Doggy Den Beds
The sizes stated are the size of the cover for the beds, and it is important to remember that because our beds are deep-filled, when purchasing a Pillow or Doggy Den Bed the flat area for the dogs to lie on comes up smaller than the cover size.
If you are purchasing a pillow bed to fit into an existing bed frame please contact us and we will be able to recommend which size would be best.

I'm looking for a specific size bed which is different to your standard sizes, can you make a bed in the dimensions I need?
Absolutely - we offer a made-to-measure service using our standard fabrics and fillings. We can also make a bespoke bed for you in fabrics, shapes & fillings of your choice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What are your beds filled with?
From March 2020 our beds are now filled with memory foam crumb as our standard filling. This luxurious filling is made from mixed grades of the highest quality memory foam and is also more environmentally friendly - when premium 'people' beds are made the spare foam is shredded and this is used to fill our dog beds!
Hollow-fibre filling is still available on request for no additional charge.
The orthopaedic memory foam beds are made from a combination of a supportive orthopaedic foam and memory foam layer.
How do I clean the bed / blanket / bandana?
All of our beds have been made so their covers can be easily removed and washed in a washing machine at home.
For washing beds, blankets or bandanas simply brush off any excess hair, pop them in your machine and wash at 30c. Just make sure you dry them on the washing line or airer (and don't tumble-dry as some of the fabrics will shrink in the drier).
All items can be ironed too - for cotton products it is OK to use a higher heat setting, all other fabrics please use a cool heat.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes we do - if you just need a zip replacing, or there is minor damage don't throw your bed away! If you can send a photo(s) and short description of what needs to be repaired we will advise if we can repair it and provide a quote. Then post back to us and we will repair and return it to you.
If the cover is too badly damaged you can purchase a replacement cover, or contact us if you just need a new inner cushion.
